I suspect the inlet port shut off is stuck again or the motor for it is knackered.

no the motor is ok if i turn car off and leave it i min or two it works as you can see it working but if and when it works car reves up ok but still down on power its as if no air or boost would i be right could the boost switch on the inlet pipe be down as the whole system has being cleaned out and when the motor not work i can hold the ports open useing a bar and rev it and still not full power

the shut of valves are as free as a bird moves freely ??????????

It's a little difficult to understand what you are talking about. Try and be a little clearer.

Is the motor connected to the inlet port shut-off arm?

Have you checked or erased the fault memory

yes sorry it is now as it was not working for ages as it got carboned up so removed the inlet cleand the valves up the egr and the mixer tube and the manifold was all gunked up so all clean not sure if a switch has failed some times the valevs work and when they do engine revs up ok but still down on power and when it not open still no power but half reves if you under stand wot i am trying to say

What about the fault memory?

You need to check this.

how do i do that then feels like the car is drifting in and out of limp mode turn car off then back on it works then it goes back to it again

You need to take it to someone who has Star diag equipment in your area.

Is the vac pipe on the EGR valve plugged on?

yes checked them both on and working rod moves freely when not in wot i think is limp mode when not in limp mode bar moves when car is reved up opens and close but when i wot i think is limp no movement in the motor ???

Get the codes read.

Can you also use some punchuation in your posts. It makes reading them difficult to understand :)

Perhaps one of the independents you were raving about in another thread can help? Trying to diagnose something as complicated as this on a forum can be highly frustrating for everyone involved!

I don't think they get on any more.
