E 63 front grille

Hi does any know if a AMG 63 E class from 2010 have the same front grille as a E Class from same year, mines damaged and I want to keep car original

I have an 2009-2013 W212 replacement E63 1 Fin which I had for xmas from my wife but did not like it. Cost £150. (See e bay Cromiumtech item number 171775620934) You can have it for £80. Still in box. Postage extra but you can collect. Live in Denbigh N Wales

Thanks but it’s not a 1 fin I am looking for just trying to keep car original.
