E bay scams

I know it shouldn't bother me - but how do e-bay allow so many obviously scam adverts?

I must have too much time on my hands, as have reported 5 today (2 can-am spyders, 2 Mercs and an Audi)

If it's clear to me, how do they get through......

because each ad is not reviewed by a human, once reported they do remove them but as you can appreciate there are loads and hence it takes them time to get to them all

They must get 10,000s of adverts uploaded every hour, like YouTube is impossible for someone to check them all.

Once reported they remove them pretty quickly.

I think it got worse over the years but guess that's due to more users. The last 2 items I've sold on eBay I had non payers. They just bid and win the auction and then never pay or reply to messages.
