E class 2013 hybrid rear leg room

I've just ordered one to be a taxi in Cornwall, the council regulations state there must be 8 inches between the middle seat and centre console. Does anyone know where I can find this information?

Mine is not the hybrid, but I assume the seating is the same.
I measure 9.5 to 10 inches (the rear console has a curve upwards and outwards)

I had a 2014 E300 Hybrid and although I cannot give you measurements they are a large roomy car.

In fact on reflection they are no doubt the same as my current car an E350 S212 2016.

Thank you, guys. I've ordered the car for delivery, however, in my experience with Hybrids in other vehicles, they have a slightly larger centre console that can shorten the gap between the edge of the seat and the centre console. It sounds like it will be comfortably larger than 8 inches. Thanks again.

I have just googled 2013 e class hybrid interior pictures and the rear seat and the centre console looks identical to the ones in my E350, so I think you will be alright.
