E class 211 wiper blades

In Malaysia visiting my folks.

Decided to get new wiper blades for my Dad’s E200K. Went to Mercedes dealer to price up a set, it was 368 MYR, which is about £70 - even the parts guy was shocked and somewhat embarrassed.

I decided that was daylight robbery as I think it’s less than £50 in UK with 20% VAT. You can feed a family of 5 eating tasty street food for around £8 in this part of Malaysia.

Mate took me to car parts place where we got Bosch equivalents - just as easy to fit as OEM - for 130 MYR, about £25.

Bosch wipers work beautifully.

Another vote for Bosch. Have used loads before including denso hybrids (which were ok).

The correct spec for my CLS was A949S, which is a pack of two wipers in the right length - 2 x 26" (650mm)

Currently £19 - MERCEDES E-Class CLS and SL Genuine BOSCH A949S Aerotwin Front Wiper Blades Set | eBay
