E class 240 Elegance Spec yr 2000/w

I'm in negotiations with a friend to buy his E240 Elegance tip auto petrol - 2000/W.

I'm trying to find what the standard spec was, this car has factory sun roof and leather. If any one can list std equip I would be grateful.

the car has done 50k and were negotiating around £1O,OOO - it's in excellent condition, but independently serviced - good deal??????????

Also any specialists in North Kent / Dartford

My typing not the fastes but I will try:

5 speed tiptronic (E240 and upward) with Tip function and speedtronic cruise control
(E280, E320, E430 and E320CDI)
Alloy wheels (4) - 11 hole 7.5j x 16
Automatic dimming rear view mirror and drivers exterior door mirror.
(Just typed a couple of lines for the E430 grrrrr )
Electric folding mirrors
Exit lights in doors (front and rear)
Headlamp wash
Leather trimmed steering wheel and gearshift
Locking wheel nuts
Map pockets on front seat backs
Metallic paint (E430 only)
Rain sensing wiper
Sun visor with illuminated vanity mirror - extendable
Walnut wood trim
