E Class Comand

I'm new to the forum and have tried to find the answers to these but failed, so...

E class DVD based sat nav claims to be able to cope with TMC but my system says "No TMC Reception". Is this because the DVD shipped by Mercedes doesn't yet have this enabled?

Nokia 6310 in the car kit will only show one number per entry. I have seen another posting re this that concluded that this was an unresolved problem, but in the Comand manual it states that the system handles multiple numbers.

If anyone can offer any help I would be grateful as the dealer seems to know less than I do.

No idea re Nokia.

Ref TMC - check the disc - it should have the TMC logo on it. And make sure your source is set to TMC, not TPS.

I don't have the DVD based version so thats about as much info as I can give - sorry !

Thanks for your help. DVD is 2003 version and no mention of a TMC logo so it looks as if that's the problem.
