e class remote parking

Hello Mr Jepson, I hope you don't mind me contacting you so long after your post, however, I have taken delivery of a E220d in March 2019, with all the options (Premium Plus, Parking assist, 3D camera, LTE etc). However, when I sent to subscribe, it say my car didn't have what it needs from factory. I contacted my dealer who said I bought every option so it should work, but when I contacted Mercedes-Me, they confirm my car doesn't have this feature. The picture of your car is the first proof I have seen that it works. But what did you spec for this, because Mercedes still cannot tell me what I missed. I am bitterly disappointed, is there anything you know that could help me get to the bottom of this. thank you.

The thing I object to is having to pay a subsription at all. First it was for live traffic updates at 89 for three years, and now for this parking ability. The car is just becoming a platform for fleecing

I have this on my March 2018 E350e. To have it I had to specify the 360 camera and have Keylesss Go but you also need to have the Remote Parking Assist option which was PBH 235 & 503
"Only available with 360° camera (code PBH) and Premium or Premium Plus equipment line (code DP0 and DP1)"
Parking Assist is not the same as Remote Parking Assist. I think they dropped the Remote Parking Assist on the E Class late 2018 and it is now only available on the S Class.
