E class tailpipe fittings

One of the fixings for the chrome tailpipes on my 2012 E350 sport estate has come unfastened. It looks like it needs some sort of starlock retainer. Can someone advise of the correct part please?

I noticed one of mine was lose when cleaning them, I just used an Allen key to tighten it up. Hope this helps
