The linkages for some time on my year 2000 E220 cdi have been problamatic, ie loose ball joint fittings that operate the internal flaps that connect to the metal linkage, to the point that they keep falling out of their sockets.
Have seen a complete inlet manifold from a 55 reg C220 cdi on ebay, looks identical but thought I should check to find out if there are any differences before buying it or if it would be cheaper to replace worn components on mine.
Is anyone aware of any differences that it might have?
