Looks a nice example--- would be checking the following for rust.
Front and inner wings, rear wing wheel arches and the front mountings for the rear subframe. OTHER WILD CARDS--signs of cylinder head gasket failure or degredation of the engine wiring loom.
Deffo worth a look from all the pictures. Asking all the money but if its a good one may be worth it.
