Went for these Wheels. Non Staggered.
I thought very similar to originals.

I would try make those mercedes ones work with smaller tyres.

They have a list price of somewhere in the region of 2.5k

Aftermarket ones are what.... £500?

Plus aftermarket you have to use different non standard bolts and locking wheel nuts. Usually they will also use spigot rings for the hub as they will be designed to fit a variety of makes.

I would 100% try keep genuine merc wheels over aftermarket ones.

Agree 100% with the trying to make the genuine mb wheels work. There are excellent aftermarket wheels but also a lot of tat. I swapped out some cheap 19’s that had been put on my A207 for some 10 year old mb wheels that don’t have a scratch on them. One of the 19’s is already cracked after a couple of years of use.

I wouldn't get all too concerned. The tyres are number 1 priority. The rims obviously do fit to an extent.

What width are the spacers are you able to measure them?

The wheels will work with the correct tyre / spacer combo so you don't need to look for new rims

The spacers are 25mm. I went to KwikFit and Halfords today and both gave me different size tyre options. Halfords were the most helpful as they put it up on the ramp and told me my front wheels are 8J and the back 9J. They said my current wheels can remain and just need to remove spacers and replace nuts.

They have suggested 235/35/R19 and 275/35/R19.

Very different to what my fuel cap says and other online searches. So confusing.

Quick search tells me fronts should be

235/35/19 and rears 255/30/19

The previous owner has probably put spacers on to bring the alloys towards the arch more most likely for visual enhancement.

Try correct tyres 1st

Use these Tyre sizes.

Keep spacers the now.

If you take the spacers off the wheel may foul the strut

Running a 235/35 on the front and a 275/35 on the rear is not correct

Tyre sizes are on your fuel flap. Which will likely say 235 35 19 and 255 30 19 .

Staggered wheels were standard on your year car , after 2015 ish it was the tyres that were staggered on a 8.5j all round rim.

You can fit 235 35 19 and 265 30 19 to your rims , or 235 35 19 , 275 30 19 .

You'll probably have to, otherwise the wheels will sit inside the arch and possibly foul the front calipers. That's what the ET is all about.

Yeah but no but , Ex factory the only 19" wheel option were the AMG 7 twin spoke.

Before the facelift they were bigger I think. Not certain of the dates. Thanks for the info.
