I have a problem with my Mercedes E250 cdi 2001 manual. Car sometimes jerks when accelerating and at around 1500rpm rattle inside the cabin. Engine light never came up and mileage is 225000 miles. What do you guys suggest please? Any ideas what to check or look for? Thanks
