e270 loosing acceleration

Can someone please help my e270 is loosing acceleration sometimes, I then have to switch the engine off when I switch it back on everything is fine again for another while. Fault code states charge pressure too high. I have replaced the turbo and the sensors someone said could be the egr valve, any ideas

Did you replace with a complete new turbo including the waste gate?
