E300 hybrid

Any experience of this power plant in regards of reliability of components?
I read it's a wet clutch instead of a torque converter.
Does the engine and motor ever work at the same time. ....ie for better acceleration?
Any info much appreciated.

I had one for just short of 2 years and it was very reliable.

The engine and hybrid unit does work together to give you a real push back when it's floored.

No idea about the wet clutch thing though.

Great mpg when you learn to feather the go pedal to maximise the hybrid sailing function.

Nice cars though.
