I've got an old E300D Automatic Wagon it's on an L plate and done 180k.
Got a decent history for a car of this age but it's a bit of a wreck.
I bought it with the intention of driving it to Mongolia and giving it to a charity but never got round to it. I used it until the tax ran out as a station/pub car, would leave it at the pub for a few days and come back and collect it incident free.
It's a bit of a wreck, part of the front bumper trim is missing, both badges are missing, there is a crack in the lower part of the front screen. The aeriel is a bit crap but reception is fine. It's dark blue with cream leather, heated seats still work, it all seems to work fine. Apart from a knocking from the suspension, the most vague steering in the world it's actually a nice drive. Think it's 2 or 3 owners. Oh and a brake bulb out....
Sorry to be so vague but it came in part exchange and I bought it without even really looking at it or the history, it had an MOT when it came in but not sure where it is now I assume it has ran out like the tax has, I recall the advisorys last year where something to do with slightly detoritaed brake hoses?
Anybody want it? I can't be bothered putting it on ebay and I could use the space even though it's quite handy to have around as a shed on wheels to store my stuff in that I can't fit in the garage!
