E300TD Help!

My E300TD has started to lose performance once warm.

When cold everything is fine but as soon as the engive is warm, the performance deteriorates hugely, it becomes very sluggish and it doesnt want to accellerate, kick-down and seems very sick.

Any Ideas?

Have changed the air-flow meter already.

The new MAF sensor we were supplied is faulty, awaiting a new one so hopefully there is the problem.
