i now have fuel lines are now starting to weep some fuel from the o rings any one know the size of these o rings its the plastic ones at the pump is there a how to ,that would show me how to change them

all the MB part numbers are listed here, bear in mind some may be very very slightly different for W210 but only on the clear pipes, not the delivery valve seals which are the same

http://www.mbclub.co.uk/forums/618127-post124.html

if you are ordering viton seals then go for part BS109V75 at Polymax ltd (google it). the actual details are:

O-Ring BS 109 Viton 75 Shore A.

Approx £10 for a pack of 40.

these fit fine, but i reckon maybe 1 size up may fit a bit better.

hope this helps

derek

sory looked at the post mine isnt from the high presure side it is from the plastic feed and return pipes are they the same o rings

i'm talking about the plastic pipes and the o-rings on them. one size up = one size bigger.

but the size i quoted seemed to do the job for me, but they were very slightly smaller than the MB originals.

if you come to the scottish meet i'll show you further. i may even be able to bring some for you FOC as i have a few spare if i can find them!

details of scottish meet here:

http://www.mbclub.co.uk/forums/events/50009-meets-scotland-39.html#post823077

12th Sept.

depending on the existing condition/colour of your current "clear" pipes you may wish to replace these with new ones before swapping the o-rings.
