e320 cdi brake pedal sticking please help

Hi every1 superb forum i cant wait to get a read through some of the posts,Can anybody Please help i bought a 2001 320cdi which was off road in a garage for the last 3 years i put it in for a service and mot i got the car back with the service done and moted the garage said the brakes were fine it was just because the car has been lying so long and that the brakes came up to standard on there brake testing machine but the pedal is now sticking and i have to lift it with my foot it also shudders as if the discs are warped any1 any idea as to what would cause the pedal to stick down?

Probably the master cylinder is sticking (swollen seals or corrosion in the bore). There should also be a pedal return spring (not sure on your car) that helps return the pedal, check that this is in place
