can anyone tell me if a year 2000 e320 cdi was made with euro 3 emmisions mercedes are saying it was euro 2 i find this very hard to believe as the car has two cats on it any help would be appreciated
It should be Euro III as all cars sold after 1.1.2000 had to conform.
The original Certificate of Conformity should state which target is met. Even E300TD managed Euro III so I can't see a CDI not doing so, which would be illegal anyway.
If it has an oxydisation Cat and EGR it should meet Euro III readily.
