Hi Folks

Will be joining the ranks next week when I pick up my new (to me) E320, really excited about this :bannana:

One of the first jobs will be fitting fly leads for my Ctek battery charger, this will probably result in the battery being disconnected for a short time. Is this a problem, radio codes, other issues that I should be aware of?

All comment/suggestion welcome.

Congrats I bought my 320cdi sport estate 4 years ago and 70k miles on she handles and goes as well as ever and nothing much has gone wrong.

There wont be any major problems with disconnecting the battery.

You will need to rest the windows , simply hold the switch fully up until the window closes then listen for a slight click

The radio should work with out entering codes

The time n date will need setting , use the steering wheel buttons or with comand use the head unit

Will I need to do this with each window individually?

Yes, fully down, listen for slight click, then fully up, listen for click and the sunroof should you have one..
