Very Very Very seriously interested in this, please rip to bits for me,

Also has anybody dealt with this lot before? Been keeping my eyes on them for a few years while searching for mercs on ebay, something tells me they entertain shill bidding,

they also have the car on Autotrader for £5,300 so will be bidding around the 5k, what do people think to its value, very good spec but high miles for the year, no parktronic but I hated that anyway, I can park thanks merc, digital climate would be nice - but the cooling seats make up for that,

Looks good, but I wouldnt attempt to bid if you havent had a look at it in person, being a W210 it could be a rust heap.

It does look like a straight and clean example with no ovbious signs of possible accident damage. As Karl has mentioned having a good look in person would be highly recomended to check not only the car itself but for rust. If I am right I can already see a small patch on the driver side rear arch near the bottom. The high milliage has had an impact on the steering wheel and gear shifter as they do look very glossy and shiney and someone has also had a go touching up a scuff on the front bumper, driver side corner.

ive watched these people for a long time aswell, theyve changed their account a few times and started a fresh, i think theres alot more scope for getting neg feedback when your a motor trader because people are buying a high value item and the slightest problem can rile a buyer, I was in the motor trade for a long time and know from experiance some people can never be pleased, so i wouldnt take too much notice of the neg feedback, just go and view it before you make a dicission

i thought they all had the auto aircon

its the comments left as well as the negative tick in the box.

Being a 320 CDi one of the main items to check are the injector seals....its not a serious problem but can be a costly problem if you get my drift.

The seals can blow and that allows the combustion gases to escape....its very noticeable if you stick your head under the bonnet with the engine running as you tend to get a chuffing noise like a leak from a manifold, together with a very strong diesel smoke smell.

Depending on how long its been left, you can either get away with just new seals or you will have to get new injectors for the cylinders affected....not cheap....from memory about £175 per injector.

As with any purchase, I would recommed that you see before you buy, as that way you can also check for rust in all the usual W210 area's.

The fact that they keep restarting their accounts doesn't really instil me with confidence.

It seems that there are motor sellers who can keep their feedback at 100%:

Like this one.

hhh... The Pumpkins.. enough said really. They mostly buy rubbish at Blackbush that has gone through a few time already.

They were there yesterday.

buying crap to sell it on ebay?

like I said I dont trust them, so a thorough inspection is needed, however, they say the car is not available due to some work its having until after the auction end, I smell a rat, but it does say in the terms and conditions that you dont have to buy it if you believe the car to be not as described, I will also get him to confirm that in an email due to the car not being available for viewing,

me thinks they shift in bulk so wont be bothered whether I bid or not

Bidding ended at £4,200, would have payed that if I wasnt in the pub........

what do people think on the outcome, that price for that car? the reason I ask is that I have another couple of E320 CDI`s in my watch list, not as good spec but less miles.........
