E320 Estate (W211) 2005 Rear Light replacement

I have an E320 Estate (W211) 2005 and am trying to replace the driver's side rear light Indicator etc). I am struck at stage 1 which is the removal of the inside panel. This is easy on the passenger's side as there is a release clip but there isn't one on the driver's side panel. Most grateful for advice before I use brute force! Ewen

Solution

Problem solved - brute force was the answer.
The passenger's side panel has a release clip (Fig1)
The driver's side does not (Fig2). Prize off the vent grill with a screwdriver, inset hands in the gap (Fig3) and give a good pull. The two pop-in plugs will release.
The bolts holding the light fitting are clearly visible and can be undone with an 8mm socket. 10 minute job once you know!
