Just to let you know you can buy a new turbo core (turbine) for 140€ on e bay from germany. Not difficult to rebuild, butseperating the turbo from the exhaust can be tricky if you dont want to break the bolts.
Be carefull to do the work on a large white sweet so you dont l'ose the Tony bearing for the variable van system.
Actuator can be bought new on ebay for 100€.
I did à full service on my e320 including chf par steering flush/change for about 110€
It is worth looking at all options before paying through the n'ose for a simple item.
