Morning everyone,
Just a quick question regarding the Bilstein rear air shocks on My recently adopted e320 station wagon. Can i leave the car jacked up in the air (supported on axle stands) for a few months?
Battery is disconnected but not able to de-pressurize the Air shocks though as I don't have Star. My model doesn't have Airmatic suspension, just rear, non self leveling airshock units.
Anything I'll have to do when I finally lower the car?
Thanks for any info.

Can't think of any reason why that would be a problem.

When taking the car off the jack stands I'd lower the car till the rear wheels are just touching the ground and let the engine run for a few minutes to fill the air springs before finally lowering the car back onto its own suspension.

Thanks for the info millo, i'll do as you said mate.
