E350 AMG Sport with Bola’s

Finally got some different wheels for my car - They’re Bola B1’s 8.5 x 19 ET40 front fitted with 255/35/19 and 10 x 19 ET 45 rears fitted with 285/30/19, Bridgestone Potenza’s have been fitted all round. I was advised to go 245 and 275 with the tyres, but I’d previously seen a Brabus fitment running these specs... Anyway I get no scraping at all, but one thing I didn’t allow for was the centre caps, they fit fine on the rear but the hub nut cover gets in the way to fit the fronts... I didn’t want spacers so my way around this was to simply paint and lacquer the hub covers.

I may look at lowering it in the future [emoji106]

I had a similar issue with fitting the aftermarket wheels to my CLS.

I made stepped hub nut covers for the fronts to allow the FOX centre caps to fit.

The black wheels does suit the grey bodywork

Those caps you’ve made look great... I did look at getting some caps made, but with it being Black it’s not so noticeable that they’re not the actual caps.

Yes, and I’ll probably get the rear windows tinted as well!
