E350 CDI sport Judders when fully warmed up

There is a post dated 7th July 2019 E350 CDi Judder inwhich the problem is exactly the same as the one i am having with my E350Cdi The Thread was posted by Craig 010 does anybody know how i can contact him in regards of this matter to see if he cured the fault and with what. My Transmission oil and filter where change 9,000 ago which was suggested on his thread. Any thoughts on the way forward.
