E350 rear window won't descend :(

Bought a 2011 e350 on Friday. The roof all worked etc. Now 2 days on the roof is faulty. It all goes down fine, but won't complete the action of going back up. The main roof locks on but the rear windscreen will not descend. Any ideas for common faults? I bloomin love the car and dont want to have to return it.

If you bought from a dealer you are covered under the Consumer Rights Act so take it back and get them to fix it.
