Did you buy it from Mercedes-Benz of Brighton, when did you buy it, and whereabouts do you live?

If the answer is yes, less than twelve months ago, and there's a main dealer closer to home, then you can take it to them for diagnostics and warranty repairs, assuming that you have the Approved Used warranty.

However, it seems your MPG figures don't sound too far off the real world experience of others, and unless there's a diagnosable failure then the main dealer will possibly not do a great deal.

I would call in and speak to someone in the service department - if their workshops are quiet then they may be more willing to look into it for you.

Yes, I bought it from MB Brighton on 27th September with the MB approved warranty. I live in South West London so might be easier to take it to a dealer locally (Great West Road). Thanks for your advice.
