I have some slight misting since I refitted my turbo charge pipe.

I was careful when refitting with the green O-Ring and had it on the turbo first, gently pushing the pipe on so to not nip the seal, although on first fit I may have pushed the pipe all the way onto the turbo so not sure if this is most likely damaged the green o-ring?

What is strange is that the pipe doesn't fit fully home onto the turbo, and there is no movement as the support bolt on the intake wont allow it. Is this the correct fitment?

Normal but if you are getting misting then the green o-ring has failed. They compress over time. Fit a new one with a wipe of silicon grease. While your at it follow the pipework all the way to the inlet manifold as there are other o-rings (not green but black) that can also degrade so check for misting there also - replaced two on mine and it ran better, improved the pick up.

I used to use two green O rings on the hard pipe, lubed and very carefully installed to avoid nicking them. Lasts far longer that way.

I've read comment from forum independent specialist garage owners recommend the 2x green o-rings as well.
