e350cdi rattle

Hi all
E350cdi coupe has 4k miles now. Last night noted after 30min drive that in driveway at end journey when revving engine noted a slight metallic rattle when revs coming back down. Replicated repeatedly. Nothing at idle.

If switched rngine off and back on would not occur until heated up again.

Could it be the turbo??

This sounds like an issue other members have noticed. the cure seemed to be a few tanks of high performance diesel as opposed to the Supermarket rubbish.
