E36 124 gear knob

I don't think there was ever a factory option of a wooden knob. I might be wrong though.

That w124 part number doesnt come up off the chassis for the e36, it only shows the the numbers begining with B.

I only found the a124 number when turning all the filters off, so I doubt its the E36 one. And if you search the epc for A124 267 1310 without vehicle data it lists it for several w124's, w201's and w202's.

Looking at the Mercedes part system - the part number appears to be HWA 124 267 04 10 or HWA 124 267 06 10.
According to the EPC these are both AMG gears knobs for the E36 AMG

Orderly Q's to be formed at parts counters tomorrow morning. Be interesting to see if anyone can throw a picture of of any purchase they may get.

Where did you find those numbers? What EPC are you using? I tried looking it up on the Mercedes Official Online EPC and couldnt find anything.

On the official Mercedes Benz Online EPC - I have access. Just looked up E36 AMG (124066 .......) and then looked at gearshift. There was then a special section for AMG Design gearshift which when you click the part number (5 in the diagram) comes up with those two part numbers. The second part seems the more relevant as that is the part number the cursor goes to when you click on it.

I used an E36 chassis number , but from the info above , i doubt it's E36 specific.
