E400 CDI or E420 CDI

hey couldnt find either the E400 CDI or E420 CDI on autotrader, i know that the 420 may not be out yet ?? but the 400 is presumably out

anyone give me info on this

You won't find a E400CDI or above for the UK market BUT in Europe such engines were avilable in LHD only - there was a W220 400CDI for the European market only.

You willl not find a RHD UK spec car on Auto Trader apart from a look hooker if lucky (but very unlikely).

thats a shame then really i was looking at a vid of the e420 on google vids and it produces really nice V8 sounds and seems to shift so fast and smooth.

also there is a diesel tuning company that take the v8 mercedes diesel to 350bhp and 920nm of torque !!

Got a feeling the 420 CDI is coming to the UK if it hasn't already, but for now if you want the 420 you're looking @ an ML or GL or R.
