E400 petrol v6

I see the facelift E class cab (and coupe?) are going to be available with this engine (which I think may be an upgraded version of the one in the E350 which is no longer available).

Anyone know if this engine is likely to appear in the full sized E class models?

I'm in continental Europe and they can be ordered, but deliveries of the new E400 3.0 turbocharged engine start in oct-november.
