E500 Presidential?

The seller's problem is that this car does actually appear to be "fully loaded", but that term is used in virtually every car advert.

A very early W211 with full electrical kit — what could possibly go wrong?

I do like the car - I have actually offered against it but its a shame he has such a high opinion of the value.
Baring in mind similar cars fail to sell much above £3k (and often have massage and pano roof) what do we think its worth?

The rare items here are the TV (probably analogue) and the designo leather (nice, but many cars sit with designo unsold ... there is a blue leather CLK hanging around for ages that was just reduced at the weekend)

Seem a strange claim, I suppose it may be that a guy called Joe Ferrari did re-trim the seats, who knows, it's a fairly common name:D

I suspect he got the info from some blagger along the line but I thought floating across here with the combined knowledge of this forum .. very odd claim though as you say.
 
There is something odd (yet intriguing) about this. What exactly are Presidential and Vanguard specs? And who is this minister who went insane?

His email address suggests he is a trader (vehiclesales2@...).

Also, surely it's 306bhp rather than 389 (unless Presidential or Vanguard spec accounts for the increase!)

I can't find anything about them at all. All very strange ...

He does have other cars for sale so guessing a trader too. Makes it all the odder
 
My offer has been declined it seems ... Oh well ... Saves me a 1066 miles round trip to pick it up

No distronic. Does have four zone climate tho'.

Is mine a presidential? I dont have the second screen, but do have massage seats, 4 zone ac, airmatic, kids seats plus 7 seats, rear blinds, hidden flip out towbar, and an inflated ego, but only a 4.5 grand estate car......
