We are working on a Customers car and doing a few little mods and i thought i would share it with you guys.

Mercedes E55 Estate 2004

Intercooler replace
Supercharger Pulley and Map
Cm30 Pump
K&N Filters
x pipe and removal of rear cats.

Would you be able to do a quick sound clip when it's finished? Just idling and a throttle blip.

I'm collecting clips of different exhausts mods to help me decide about mine.

What made you recommend the 84mm S/C pulley instead of a crank pulley?

I dont think its a members car but a member from here told him about us.

The reason why we went for the S/C pulley is because it the first one we are doing on a 55 but we have done a few C32 in the past.

Also you know some of the horror stories with the wood Ruff key in states and crank pulleys.

Saying that i have 3 180mm asp pulleys in stock.

They say the S/C pulley is around 178mm to the crank once fitted and it will be mapped by eurocharged.

I think it closer to 168/170mm. Will be intested to hear what you think of the clutch engagement once you have driven it, to be honest as long as it works it cant be any worse tham the OEM clutch!

Hi

Went to MSL for a EBRAKE repair. Excellent job! BUT !

two days later :
Battery flat (switched)
wooshing noise - added.

Inspected the wooshing noise .. simple enough ! intercooler hose.
BUT wasnt split !! ...it was CUT ! ..
sorry ACID ! the car has never been touched by any other garage !.

and im sure water pump has had its "fix" done also so just waiting for that to go and will prob find some ball bearing in the flush!.

a sad state of affairs. thought you guys were trustworthy brothers !! but I guess one lives and learns !!

Advice: check the technicians and they are "creating" work for you .
