I tried out a different set of wheels on my car the other day but then decided I'd put the originals back on but after numerous attempts to reset the system the orange warning light remains on all the tyres are set at the correct pressure and the monitor confirms this, any ideas anyone ?

In my E350, you have to reset the tyre pressure as correct using the Tyre Pressure gizmo in the cars computer.
This youtube video "sort of" shows you what to do, but when you get there in your car it will say "set pressures as normal" or something like that.

Hi,
On my CLS55 you need to scroll through the menu till you reach the TPMS display screen (picture of car with tyre pressure shown adjacent to the relevant wheel) then press the small reset button on the dash for a few seconds this then brings up message in cluster stating reset system yes or no, and select yes, message in cluster then acknowledges reset.

thanks guys have managed to sort it now
