E55k exhaust manifold

Can anyone guide me through changing drivers side exhaust manifold on my 2003 E55, torque settings etc. Thanks.

16Nm for the nut to connect to head
20Nm for the flange to the manifold

Hi pal thank you. You’ve helped me out a lot. Does much need stripping to get to the manifold?? Is it a long job to complete?? Thanks again m8.

I've not done the job myself, but watching my indy do it, he supported the front of the exhaust, then unbolted it by the primary cats and let it down a little to gain more access.
Get a set of new gaskets and nuts for one side beforehand from the dealer.

The manifold nuts were reached from both below and above inside the engine compartment. He removed the coil packs to gain more access.
I wouldn't attempt it unless I had access to a lift. Doing it on axle stands lying on the ground isn't appealing to me

To be honest,I think its worth the expertise of an indy to do the job. If your engine mounts are in need of replacement, do it at the same time to save dropping the exhaust again.
