E55k o/s exhaust manifold needed.

Hi all. My off side (drivers side) exhaust manifold has a crack in it. Can anyone tell me instructions his to remove and torque settings etc? I’ve ordered new gaskets from dealer. I will try to weld it once I’ve removed it,, alternatively does anyone have a second hand one I can buy????
