Hi guys im hoping someone can help me. I have a 2015 e63 and the malfunction light for suspension is on. After scanning it showed fault code C156F00 - the signal values for the level sensors are implausible. How do i know which sensor is faulty or is this a whole different issue? I have uploaded some pics of fault code and also when i performed a live data run and it seems the front left reading is like 6x more than the rest. So am i right to assume its tye front left level sensor? If so does the whole sensor need changing or just the small link. Because i did check all the links and still seem ok not broken or anything but again im not sure if just the balljoints on them being weak can cause this? do the links come separate or with the sensor only? Strange thing is the car seems to be sitting nicely on all corners doesn't seems theres any actual issue with the suspension? The susoension light stays on 1 led (sport) and does not allow me to go into comfort suspension or even s+ when pressed after the malfunction comes on so confusing!
Highly appreciate if someone can help its eating my brain

I've got the same issue, started yesterday on my C43. I'm just about to go take a look. Your fault code should translate to front or rear. I believe theres only 1 per side, i think drivers side on front and passenger side on rear for uk cars. Did you get to the bottom of it?

I discovered the plug to the sensor was broken / falling apart. I've plugged it back on and the fault has now gone however replacement plug is on order. Weirdly i tried to measure resistance change from the sensor pins with the linkages detached and couldn't get a reading so i thought the sensor was knackered so quite surprised to see the fault gone. I've a replacement sensor on order too so might just change the whole lot out belts and braces.
