e63s issue ?

I've had a rather interesting problem occur on my W213 E63s

The Satnav, while driving, decided that I was in Germany and is now not working.

The more worrying issue is that the car feels like it is holding back under hard acceleration - like it is being limited.

Anyone else ever heard of this?

No errors / no other functions not working. All driving modes tested. It seems like it accelerates fine up to about 70 then holds back quite badly. Normally 0-100 takes about 5 seconds but it is double that at least.

Satnav sounds like failed antenna. Mine did the same , would only show me to be in Milton keynes. Cant offer explanation for second fault but hard to see how they could be linked. But you can never tell these days.
