East London body shop

I was wondering if someone can recommend a body shop in East London.
I'm looking to get a small ugly (fist sized) dent to be taken out + plus some smaller dings and scratches...

Any idea what this would cost roughly?

can they come out using dent mastrs? if not then sira motors in barking is highly reccomended
