Chips away would be my first thought

Better call your local franchisee

They do interior repairs too I think ..

how would you find your local franchisee??? as on their website it just says fill in your details?

The small tear on my artico/dinamica leatherette started out just like that. A year later it's progressed to a couple of inches long. Would like to know how and where to get it fixed or replaced.

How well do you know your MB dealer?
I had similar issues with interior trim door panel on my last BMW. Was quoted £1k for new door card fitted by BMW. Very kind service rep at BMW dealer told me who they use and it cost me £60 and they came to my house. (sorry - in Liverpool so doubt they would come to Essex).
if you ask your MB dealer nicely they may tell you the firm they outsource this type of work to. I very much doubt they would do it themselves. No harm in asking and it may save a lot if money !!!

Who you want is an interior trimmer not a paint specialist. They are not "manufacturer specific" so any trimmer who does work for the usual prestige makes would do audi, bmw, lexus, mercedes, jaguar. As suggested ask around.

This is already 6/8in long but the material underneath hasn't torn yet so trying to sort it before it does.

Well all done took around 1.5Hrs but does look so much better

Looks perfect in the picture.....exactly what I need.

My car's not worth much so it makes sense keeping a lid on costs.

Would you mind saying where you had it repaired, and how much?
