Why guess? You are doing ebay a GREAT disservice by doing so.
Ebay are quite upfront about their charges & publish pages listing & explaining them - Seller fees .
If you can't figure the fees out there are online ebay fee calculators such as ecal | eBay UK Fee Calculator
Incidentally, if that auction finishes right now at £30,900 the total ebay final value fee will be the grand total of £40, not the £3,090 to £4,635 you state!!!! There will be no paypal charges as he requires cash on collection or bank transfer.
Quite a bargain I'd say!

depends if you can be bothered to spend the time splitting them....
it'd be a nice retirement investment job for someone, whack your lump sum into that and spend the next 10 years selling them off 1 by 1
quick tot up with basic averaging says new costs would be nearer to 150k, and given that they seem to reach 75% of new value second hand...
my plan - i have a ratchet, a 10mm a 13mm and a 19mm snap on socket and spanner.....everything else is cheapish, as i have six of most of them
