eBay camper vans

Hi All
Can someone please put me out of my misery. I have been looking at camper vans on eBay now for about 8 weeks, I keep seeing the same ones going through again and again but on different eBay user accounts but more often than not the same email address which is requested as the preferred contact method.
Can somebody please explain to me what is going on

Someone is trying to make it look like it's not the same van? - I can't say it's something I've noticed, but I'm not looking at camper vans on teh eBays.

It would make me very wary, and I'd probably cross that one (or those ones) off the list of possibilities. - If it's relisted by the same seller, that's a different matter.
