This dodgy eBay seller guy ( cetaylor24 ) is really greedy. £150 for a DVD-R? Not only selling illegal copies but also ripping off people big time! He has to go down!

The really sad thing is that it probably wont install.
 
I think they guy has a friend eBay employee deleting all complaints for him. This is why he is immune and does not go down. I tried as well to report him a few days ago but nothing happened. He is still there. Noone seems to have enough power to stop him. By the way he does the illegal business on ebay for a year now non-stop! No wonder he is the only one!

It seems that if you have an "insider eBay employee" as a friend or relative covering your back, you can sell anything on eBay! :confused:

I bet no one can take him down! :p

eBay have now made it a whole lot easier to report auctions - there's a link on every one. So, no harm in us all reporting him - hopefully one will get through :)

Almost as bad as total novices owning a Star Diagnose and bashing every forum in the world for help on how to use it ...
 
I've reported both auctions.

While I don't really have a problem with software piracy, its damn cheeky to be selling it on Ebay.

Especially when someone sells them for £150!!! It is daytime robbery and he is really taking the piss. :mad:

From curiosity I calculated how much he approximately earned during the last 30 days: £15,000 just from DAS/WIS!!! TAX FREE! Other people work for a year to make this amount of money! He earns too much, I wouldn't be surprised if he pays an eBay employee to cover him up.

That's almost how much money some people waste trying to do their own mods with faulty parts.

What difference does it make ? You still need the skills and the hardware. For anyone stupid enough to part with the money they deserve to get nothing.

Notice he is selling EPC for more than it is possible to purchase online legally from DC. Just goes to show that practical and useful are two differrent things.

Why would anyone want 2005 part numbers. Next to useless !

I have a problem with software piracy - but then I get paid royalties based on our profit :rolleyes: .

Looking through his feedback the DAS customers all seem happy enough .As always it's CAVEAT EMPTOR but why are you protecting Mercedes copyright,that's their job.
