Eberspacher Diesel Heater Wanted

I am looking for an Eberspacher diesel heater for our boat. 12 or 24V doesnt really matter which

Have seen loads on Ebay but if someone on here has one complete with all ittings etc i would rather deal here.

Look on the canal boat forums for advice they dont rate eberspacher very highly.

I had the eberspacher d4w on my last 3 discos and it cost me a samll fortune in repairs over the years when i sold it the only original part was the casing itself, new plugs, burner nozzles, fan motors, ecu none of the parts are cheap, sold whole kit for £110

Thats why this time i got a webasto unit seem okay so far, but then its only 1 year old

Ps make sure you get at least 5 kilowatt as 4 is not enough, maybe that why it was so much trouble?

Got new webasto from e bay £165 iirc, bare unit, controller £60 loom similiar and fuel pump £35 all from one seller, all new.

Couldnt get it to work properly at first until dieselman pointed out i had piped the cooling system up back to front

I would defo recomend getting a new main unit bearing in mind potential problems.
