'Top 10 Killer Germs' last night on Quest. Quite an informative program but the narrator had a very annoying, dramatic voice (like a movie trailer voiceover). Anyhow, their top 4 were:
#1 - Ebola (Killed +/-4,000 so far)
#2 - HIV...AIDS (Kills +/-2,000,000 per year)
#3 - Bubonic Plague (Killed almost of Europe in 5 years in the mid 1300s)
#4 - Anthrax (has the potential to kill millions if the remaining two official frozen lab samples (held in USA and Russia) fall into the wrong hands)
War trumps all above. WWII alone accounts for 60 Million deaths.
Maybe the real danger is politicians.
