I made an order Thursday evening for collection from the Wolverhampton branch:

Qty Parts Description Vehicle Reg Price
    2 521771051 Carlube Triple R 5W40 Fully Synthetic Engine Oil (5 Litre) £53.98
    1 101220021 Eicher Brake Pads (Rear) Mercedes-Benz E Class 3.2 2000 £18.90
    1 616221290 Suspension Arm Mercedes-Benz E Class 3.2 2000 £42.60
    1 501220210 Hengst Oil Filter Mercedes-Benz E Class 3.2 2000 £7.80

Which came to £92.46 after discount :thumb::banana:

Called them Friday to say that I will pick up Say morning as time was tight on Friday, giving my reservation number.

Called in 8:30am this morning to collect to find that the oil and brake pads were not available :( :wall bash:
But I wash't to worry as it was dealt with without fuss and was given Pagid pads and Carlube Triple R diesel oil for the same price in my order

All I can say is a VERY BIG thanks to EPC for the service and the 'can do' attitude from the branch - please pass on my appreciation to them. :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

You did well to avoid the eicher pads, the pagid ones are much better.
