ECU Remap for C-Class 200CDi (2008)

So, I've now had my first Merc for a year and I'm mostly loving it, but... I would like a bit more power. I've read about ECU remapping and I was wondering what were the experiences of forum participants? Is it worth doing? What are the best companies? What about prices?

Any and all advice welcomed. Thanks.

Well, Angel came and worked magic on the car, relieving me of a goodly number of used oncers in the process (just kidding - the number of used oncers was less than some others were quoting, and included Andy's turning up at my flat and doing the work on the premises. Great!)

Haven't had much time to drive it since, let alone do any testing, but there's certainly more low-end oomph, which is what I wanted. Any further comment will have to wait till after a run, but that's scheduled for next Tuesday or Wednesday (up to the wife, when does she want to go to Highclere Castle?)

But Angel looks like a good business, an effective service, and I hope to be able to say more superlatives next week.
